Nilemart Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Nilemart Referral Program! By participating in this program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up.

2. Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
  • Location: The program is open to residents of Juba, South Sudan.
  • Account: You must have a valid Nilemart account to join the program.

3. How it works

  • Referral Link: Once approved, you’ll receive a unique referral link to share with your network.
  • Earnings: You’ll earn a commission for every sale made through your referral link.
  • Payouts: Commissions will be paid via Mobile Money once you reach the minimum payout threshold of $50.

4.Commission Structure

  • Commission Rate: You’ll earn 10% of the total sale amount for each successful referral.
  • Exclusions: Commissions are not earned on refunded or canceled orders.
  • Tracking: Referrals are tracked using cookies or unique links. If a customer clears their cookies or uses a different device, the referral may not be tracked.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payout Schedule: Commissions are paid on a monthly basis
  • Minimum Threshold: You must earn at least $50 to request a payout.
  • Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Spam: Do not spam or use unsolicited emails to promote your referral link.
  • Fraud: Any fraudulent activity, including fake accounts or self-referrals, will result in immediate termination from the program.
  • Misrepresentation: Do not misrepresent Nilemart or its products in your promotions.

7. Termination

  • By You: You can leave the program at any time by contacting us at referral-program@nilemart-ss.com.
  • By Us: Nilemart reserves the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason.

8. Modifications

  • Nilemart reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through your referral dashboard.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Nilemart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the referral program.

10. Governing Law

  • hese Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Sudan, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Sudan.
